Surinder Ahitan
CEO
Surinder’s entrepreneurial career began in 1993 with his opening of two fast food outlets in Staffordshire. He sold the successful restaurants in 2000 and started his own residential property investment company. His big break came when he and his wife, Manroop, kicked off their first Colaz Advanced Beauty Specialist salon in London in 2005. He has since parlayed that success into 3 more locations in Southall, Slough, and Hounslow. After he and Manroop noticed how difficult it was to hire competent beauticians and laser technicians, they decided to start their own beauty college. Their first Beaulaz Beauty and Laser Training Centre opened in Slough in 2012. They now own Training Centers in Hounslow and Birmingham. And Surinder has just recruited two new Colaz Franchisees in Harrow and Derby. It was in these businesses that Surinder immersed himself in SEO and online marketing. He rapidly developed a reputation as a savvy internet marketer. While Manroop ran the everyday salon and beauty college businesses, Surinder turned to the internet to drive a constant stream of customers through the doors. He created AhitanSEO to help other businesses achieve the same online results that helped him to exponentially grow his salon and beauty school businesses.

He is experienced in responsive design websites, corporate branding, custom logo designs, and much more. His website design and development expertise includes CSS-Cascade Style Sheet, HTML/XHTML/DHTML, static and flash banner design, and interactive flash websites and animations. Also custom CMS development, e-commerce/shopping cart, and online audio and video streaming. In addition to website design, Usman helps businesses with their email marketing, social media including Facebook and Twitter, and directory submissions and link building. In his spare time, you’ll find Usman still enjoying his many computer games.

That includes pages for all four Colaz Advanced Beauty salons, Beaulaz Beauty and Laser Training Centers and the Colaz Franchise websites. Nick helps business and non-profit marketers develop content strategies for their website, blog, and social media. After agreeing on a winning strategy, he personally writes the special web copy to make it work. Clients get clear, visitor centric copywriting optimized for the search engines. He also writes the special kind of content that gets attention on social media. He has written over 450 web pages, blog posts, video scripts, and emails for clients in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K. Nick is also a successful book publisher and print copywriter. He lives with his wife in the northeastern United States.
